TxTMyBus automatically pinpoints your location via GPS and graphically maps the nearest bus stops to you. Once you arrive at a stop you can SMS 0488 TXTBUS from the app. The TXTBUS service provided by Transport NSW will respond with a text message informing you of all timetable information and real-time bus arrivals for your stop.
This free version of ‘TxTMyBus’ is a very handy app for all bus commuters. However, a Pro version with added features, like bookmarking your regular stops for easier and quicker access, is also available for a moderate fee. The Pro version also automatically stores your most recent stops for speedier results.
You can easily upgrade to the Pro version at any time from within the app. Once you begin using the app you will wonder how you ever managed without it.
